3 c. uncooked macaroni (cook and drain)
1-8oz block of cheddar cheese – cut into cubes
16 oz whole boneless ham – cut into cubes (you can use more or less)
3 tomatoes or 1 pt cherry tomatoes (cut the tomatoes up or halve the cherry tomatoes)
1 – 2 cucumbers – peel and cut in cubes (I buy the burpless ones but you don’t have to)
1 small onion – chopped
8 oz frozen peas (thawed but not cooked)
Mix everything together in large bowl. Pour about 1/2 -1 cup ranch dressing on salad and mix. May need to add more after the salad sits for a while.
