1 14oz bag coleslaw mix
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha
1/8-1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
salt and pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the mayo, Sriracha, ginger, and rice vinegar. Stir until smooth. Add the coleslaw mix and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Let refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
