2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
1/2 c. water
3 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
In large bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin and water. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices. Add together and let batter set for 1 hour.
Grease muffin tins, then bake at 375 for 18 minutes.
