Batter Starter: Mix 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, and 1 cup sugar in a gallon-sized plastic bag.
Do not use metal spoon or bowl for mixing. Do not refrigerate. If air gets in the bag, let it out.
Daily schedule:

- Combine in a large bowl: 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, and 1 cup sugar. Stir and put 1 cup of mix in each of 4 gallon-sized plastic bags. Keep one for yourself and give recipe and starter bags to friends.
To the remaining batter in the bowl, add:
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
5.1 oz box instant pudding, any flavor (not sugar free)
1/2 tsp salt
1~ cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Mix 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar. Spray six mini bread tins with cooking spray and put 1 cup batter in each. Sprinkle sugar mix on top (and optionally in the tin before adding batter). Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes and check for doneness.
