1- 1 Lb. loaf of freshly baked French bread
1-14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup Italian combo cheese, I use a pre-shredded
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
12 – 15 Jalapeno discs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
Finely dice the artichokes and jalapenos, then add all the ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well.
Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Spread the mixture evenly over each half and place in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, then broil on high until golden and bubbly. Remove from oven and cool about 1-2 minutes then slice and serve.
