Creamed Chicken & Corn Soup

12 oz. chicken thighs
26 oz. cream of chicken soup
1 can cream-style corn
1 can chicken broth
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. frozen corn
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water
2 slices crumbled bacon

In slow cooker combine all ingredients but bacon. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2.5-3 hours.

Remove and chop chicken, then replace. Serve topped with bacon
