1 small onion grated
3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon dry mint (or basil, if unavailable)
1 teaspoon dry oregano
2 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper
Mix and cook burgers. Top with cucumber, tomatoes, and tzatziki.
