Lew’s Tetrazzini

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk
3 cups cooked spaghetti
2 cups cooked chicken
1 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. cooking sherry
Parmesan cheese
Cheddar cheese

Melt margarine in 2-quart casserole.

Blend in flour, chicken bouillon and pepper. Gradually stir in milk, warmed. Microwave on Med.High until thickened, 6-9 minutes, stirring every three minutes.

Stir in cooked spaghetti, cooked turkey or chicken, dried parsley flakes, and cooking sherry. Microwave on Med. High 3 minutes, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese and microwave another 3 minutes.
