2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup peanut butter
Water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp soy sauce
Cilantro + Peanuts (optional)
Dice the chicken breasts into cubes and cook in a skillet until nearly done. While cooking, season with salt and pepper.
Add in the peanut butter. Depending on what consistency you like, add more or less water. Stir in the cinnamon, paprika, and soy sauce. Top with cilantro and peanuts, if desired.
