Thai Almond Chicken

2 lbs skinless chicken breasts
1 small red or orange bell pepper, sliced
1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 white onion, chopped
1/2 cup almond butter
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 Tablespoons of agave nectar
1/4 cup crushed cashews or almonds for topping

Cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6 on LOW. Serve over brown rice or your favorite zucchini noodles!!
