(a lot) Reese&#8217;s Pieces, plus more for topping<br \/>\nMelted chocolate for topping<br \/>\nIce cream for topping<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F and grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with cooking spray. In a large bowl using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer, combine \u00bd cup peanut butter, butter, and sugars and beat on medium until mixture is light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix until thoroughly combined, then add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined.<\/p>\n<p>Press half the cookie dough onto the bottom and up the sides of the skillet. Press Reese\u2019s Cups into dough, then top with remaining cookie dough. Gently press in 1\u00bd cups mini Reese\u2019s Cups and \u00bc cup Reese\u2019s Pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Bake until cookie is set, 15 to 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave remaining \u00bc cup peanut butter until melty, 20 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle cookie with melted peanut butter and melted chocolate, and top with more candy.
