Combine the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl, and beat until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Roll mixture into balls using a generous tablespoon per ball. Place the balls in the freezer for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Place white chocolate in a deep bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds at a time until smooth, stirring after each time.<br \/>\nOR<br \/>\nMelt the white chocolate in a double boiler pan.<\/p>\n<p>Dip the partially frozen balls into white chocolate and place on parchment paper to harden. If desired, tint some white chocolate yellow with food coloring and drizzle over the chocolate-covered truffles.
