Spray with cooking spray, then pan fry for 5-6 minutes per side on medium heat. Dice after cooking. <\/p>\n<p>Blend cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, chipotle, lime juice, garlic, and mayonnaise until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Mix chicken, sauce, mozzarella, bacon and chives. Add a layer of rice, then chicken mix to warmed tortillas.
