Add red onion, eggs, bread crumbs, chips, green pepper, cilantro, cumin, chili powder and pepper sauce. Refrigerate, then shape into patties.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, green onion, mustard, honey, orange juice and soy sauce; refrigerate until serving.<\/p>\n<p>Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat grill rack. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat for 3-5 minutes on each side.<\/p>\n<p>Grill or broil pineapple slices 2-3 minutes on each side or until heated through.
