To the hot oil, add the jalapenos, bell peppers, onions, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodterms.com\/encyclopedia\/garlic\/index.html\">garlic<\/a> and cook until tender, 7 to 8 minutes. Fold in the black beans, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodterms.com\/encyclopedia\/cumin\/index.html\">cumin<\/a>, and coriander and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodterms.com\/encyclopedia\/tomato\/index.html\">tomatoes<\/a>, brown sugar, and Worcestershire or vinegar and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodterms.com\/encyclopedia\/simmer\/index.html\">simmer<\/a> the mixture for a few minutes to combine the flavors. Squeeze the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodterms.com\/encyclopedia\/lime\/index.html\">lime<\/a> juice into the pan and stir.
