Add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Cut chicken into small cubes. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and 2 cloves garlic and cook until cooked through.<\/p>\n<p>While chicken is cooking, mix pepper, honey and vinegar. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Remove chicken from skillet. Add peanut butter, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, hot sauce, soy sauce and crushed red pepper and simmer 2 minutes. Add chicken and remaining 2 cloves garlic, mix and simmer 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Roll out the pizza dough and press into a 10-inch pizza pan.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the chicken and sauce over pizza. Top with green peppers, peanuts and cheese.
