Form into 4 patties. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook, turning once and lowering heat slightly for the last few minutes, until browned, 12 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>While burgers cook, in medium bowl mash avocado, onion, jalapeno, garlic, lime peel and juice.
