Pulse until pureed. Transfer to a medium sized bowl. Add the egg and mix well. Add to the bean mixture: the cumin, chili powder, onion powder, cilantro, and roasted red peppers; mix thoroughly. Add the panko and mix to combine.<\/p>\n<p>Form patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
