Travel downside and aroundup as you journey Through the Looking Glass. Inspired by Lewis Carroll’s “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland,” the band shifts between the concert keys of Q major (one flat, one sharp) and Q minor (two flats and two sharps) as they turn around the silliness and chaos of Wonderland. The piece features cadenzas for oboe and bassoon, euphonium and tuba, and temple blocks (or optional kitchen pots, if you want to turn up the zaniness!)
